摘 要
我国目前根据各种海上事故的统计、调查和分析表明，由于船舶的碰撞，油轮泄漏，爆炸引起的火灾，倾覆搁浅等事故的发生占总量的80%，大量船舶事故都是人的失误引发的。因此培养船员风险意识很重要。了解定义，什么是风险意识、什么是船员风险意识和我国对船员风险意识培养的现状并通过分析案例，找出事故的起因，进行总结，吸取经验教训，在掌握良好的船艺的同时，也能时刻保持警惕状态，防患于未然。各单位应从各个方面着手加强培养船员的风险意识，严格把关，顺应国际航运业的发展。

Abstract
At present，all kinds of Marine accident investigation and analysis shows that accidents caused by the ship collision,capsized ran aground and other accidents account for 80% of the total, a large number of ships accidents are caused by human errors, that Is the problem of ship mechanical failure caused by equipment failure, and the structure of the Marine accident and human error also has a direct connection with it. So improving the train crew risk consciousness is very important. First we should Understand the definition, what is the risk consciousness, what is the crew risk awareness and training of risk awareness of crew in China's present situation and through the analysis of cases, we can find out the cause of the accident and summarize and draw experience and lessons.when we are in the mastery of good seamanship, we should keep alert, nip in the bud at the same time. All departments from various aspects should promote training crew risk consciousness and strictly control it, and adapt to the development of the international shipping industry.
