当前中小学教师职业道德存在的问题及对策研究

摘 要：教师是文化的传播者和建设者，他使人类文明得以延续和发展。中小学教师

作为学生人生的指引者，他的职业道德素质水平受到国家和社会的广泛关注。目前，我国教育改革不断深化的过程中，教师职业道德作为一种社会现象，作为构成指导教师自身自行的行为规范，一定会受到社会各种环境的影响和制约，因此，认真调查和深入分析当前中小学教师职业道德存在的问题，提出相应的对策和建议，是我们一定要研究的课题。文章在简单介绍教师职业道德的内涵及研究本课题的重要意义之后，详细地阐明了当前中小学教师职业道德中的失范行为，并针提出解决的策略。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Primary and Middle School Teachers’ Professional Ethics

Abstract: Teachers are the disseminator and shapes of human civilization,and make the

material progress and spiritual civilization of the human society be extended and developed.Just because of this,teachers of middle and primary schools who have important influence to the growing of teenagers,its professional ethics must be paid close attention by government and various circles of society too.At present,in the course of deepened constantly in education reform of our country,teacher’s professional ethics as a kind of social phenomenon,as forming the behavioural norm of instructing teacher oneself,certainly will be influenced by various kinds of environment and restriction.Therefore,fully realize and analyse the problem and chanllenge that teacher’s professional ethics of the middle and primary schools facing at present,put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion,bring an advance in teacher’s professional ethics,become the important subject that we must study.
