双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合思密达治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效观察

[摘要]目的 探讨双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合思密达治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。 方法 选择2010年1月～2013年1月在我院住院诊断确诊的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿72例作为研究对象，两组患儿在补液、纠酸、补充电解质及饮食调整方面均相同，对照组予思密达，观察组同时加用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊口服，比较两组患儿治疗后的疗效及呕吐消失时间、退热时间、止泻时间。 结果 两组治疗后的总有效率分别为94.4%、75.0%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05），观察组的疗效明显优于对照组；但观察组的显效率、有效率组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。两组患儿治疗后的临床症状均明显改善，其中观察组患儿的呕吐消失时间、退热时间、止泻时间分别与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合思密达治疗轮状病毒性肠炎临床疗效确切，安全性好，能明显改善患儿的临床症状，值得推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore clinical efficacy of bifidobacterium capsule combined smecta in treatment of rotavirus enteritis. Methods Seventy-two cases of rotavirus enteritis in children were given rehydration， correction of acidosis， electrolyte supplement and dietary adjustments identical， control group were given smecta，observation group were added triple viable bifidobacteria capsules orally， efficacy and vomiting disappearance time， cooling time， antidiarrheal time were compared. Results After treatment， the total effective rate of two groups were 94.4%， 75.0%， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）； Two groups of children after treatment were significantly improved clinical symptoms， included vomiting. Observation group of children disappearing time， cooling time， antidiarrheal times were compared with the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium viable capsules combined smecta rotavirus enteritis clinical efficacy， safety，and can significantly improve clinical symptoms in children， should be introduced.
