某某企业存货管理制度的设计 ——以南通源安制帽有限公司为例

摘要：伴随现代企业的迅速发展，存货是已是企业的重要资产，在资产负债表和损益表

中充当着重要的角色，因此设计一套合理有效的存货管理制度，直接影响着影响企业的资金占用水平和企业资产的运作，也会最后影响到企业的可持续发展。从目前来看，我国众多企业的存货管理任有一些不足之处，管理制度的不健全，影响了企业的资产运作和盈利的能力，更深层次地制约了企业的长期的发展。因此，我们在注重销售和盈利的同时，加强对存货的管理，建立科学高效的管理制度，从而最终提高企业的经济效益。

Abstract: along with the rapid development of the modern enterprise, the inventory is one of

the importment assets, is the enterprise in the balance sheet and income statement ACTS as an importment role ,so to design a set of reasonable and effective inventory management system,and directly affects the influence enterprise’s assets ,will finally affect the enterpris’ sustainable development.For,now,the inventory management of many enterprises in China have some disadvantages,management system is not sound,affect the operation of the assets of the enterprise and the ability to profit,deeper restricted the enterprise’s long-term development.Therefore,we focus on sales and profits at the same time strengthen the management of inventory ,to establish a scientific and efficient management system,so as to ultimately improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
