Lotta is the first junior cycle mayor in the world and her working area is the Dutch capital. Luckin Coffee, a Chinese start-up that's relying on selling cappuccinos to on-the go office workers, is spending millions of dollars a year opening outlets to beat . Starbucks Corp. as the top coffee seller in the country.
