To be a seed of the gem flower
Honorable judges, dear colleagues, good afternoon! Today my speech is “to be a seed of the gem flower”. We all know that without the direction of dreams we can′t walk on，I am so proud that there is a blooming gem flower in my dream and I won‵t lose my direction. I still remember when I was young, my father asked me: “what kind of person do you want to be in your future?”, I said: “I am dreaming to be a scientist to make a difference for the world”, I was trying my best to do everything， because the dream can make me brave. As I grow up in my high school, however, all in my mind was only to get into a good college, it seems that I have nothing to do with this world anymore，I found myself deviating from my childhood dream. The brave little boy was gone and I lost myself. I felt so ashamed about that, but something happened changing my life when I became a staff of GWDC, a proud oilman. GWDC kindle my dream and from then on a beauty gem flower is blooming in my heart and I finally find myself again.
The enterprise given me life and made me know what is responsibility and what is dedication. I love my enterprise where I achieve my own value by dedicating to her with my youth. But I think, dedication, is also a seed, for the land and
growing need of it. The development of enterprise is full of challenges, today only if we were arming ourselves with knowledge and experience，tomorrow will we be devoting ourselves to taking up the challenges. As the young staff of GWDC，I am preparing for the coming challenges. I am a high rig, standing in the boundless wilderness, both by day and night, I tireless roar; I am the diligent beam pump like the Christian worshiping all days, no matter in extremely hot or cold weather; I am the well head, standing straightly , as solemn and loyalty as soldiers.
The jobs are not easy as an oilman, I felt tired but cheerful, I′ve learned to listen to others, to value their opinions, and to work in cooperation as a team member. I am a seed of the gem flower and I know that, right here, my enterprise is the stage and the fertile soil for mine growth, and also I know that , wherever I am be sowed, I will grow up to be a gorgeous gem flower blossoming for the development of petroleum industry of my country. Thank you!
做一颗宝石花的种子
尊敬的评委，同事们，下午好！今天我的演讲的题目是“做一颗宝石花的种子”。我们都知道离开梦想的指引，我们是不能一路坚持走下去的，我很自豪的是在我的梦想里有一朵盛开的宝
石花，我不会迷失方向。我仍记得儿时时候，父亲问我：“将来你想成为什么样的人？”, 我说：“我梦想成为科学家，为全世界做贡献”，梦想使我勇敢，做任何事情我斗竭尽全力，然而，随着渐渐长大，到高中的时候，我满脑子想的却只是考上一所好大学，世界似乎跟我不再有丝毫的关系，我发现自己正偏离儿时的梦想。我迷失了自己，那个勇敢的小孩也消失了。对于此我无比的惭愧。但是，当我成为了一名长城钻探公司的石油人，这改变了我的人生，是长城钻探点燃了我的梦想，从那以后，我的心中便盛开了一朵美丽的宝石花，我又重新找到了自我。
企业给予我生命，教会我什么是责任什么是奉献，我深爱我的企业，我实现了自己的价值因我将青春奉献给她，但我想，奉献，更是一粒种子，为需要它的土地而生长。企业的发展充满挑战，我们今天只有用知识和经验来武装自己，才能在将来承担起挑战。作为长城钻探公司的青年员工，我为即将到来的挑战而时刻准备着。我是高耸的井架，矗立在苍茫的原野中，无论白天还是黑夜，不知疲倦的轰鸣；我是勤恳的抽油机，不管酷暑还是严寒，殷勤教徒般的整日膜拜；我是采油树，笔直挺立，像士兵一样庄严忠诚。
石油人的工作并不轻松，我感到辛劳但是快乐，我学会了倾听，重视别人的意见，学会了团队协作。我是一颗宝石花的种子，我知道，正是在这里，我的企业是我成长的沃土和舞台，我也坚信，不管我被播种到何处，我会成长为一朵绚丽的宝石花，为祖
国石油事业的发展绽放自我。谢谢！
