摘要：

介绍了建筑装修材料及其有毒物质的主要来源；详述其对居民健康和生态环境的危害效应,提出防止对策。以及建筑材料在取材、生产加工、运输、使用和废弃过程中，排放出大量废水、废气和废渣，对人类的健康造成威胁，产生有害物质，导致大气、水体和土壤污染。建筑材料是人类从事建设活动的物质基础，直接影响建筑物或构建物的性能、功能、寿命和经济成本，从而影响人类生活空间的安全性、方便性和舒适性。从保护生态环境，促进可持续发展的角度出发，介绍了建筑装修材料有毒物质对居民健康和城市生态环境的影响，探索建筑装修材料内有毒物质的防治措施，旨在为建设美好的生态环境提供理论依据。我们应不断提高人们环保意识和自我保护能力，开发和生产更多的新型环保建材、新型绿色建筑材料，从而保护人民健康，建设人类美好的家园。

Abstract：

Introduced the construction repair material and it’s the virulent material main origin; Relates in detail it to the inhabitant healt hand the ecological environment harm effect, proposed prevents the counter measure. As well as the building material in selects material, the production processing, the transportation, uses and abandons in the process, discharges the massive waste water, the waste gas and the waster esidue, poses the threat to humanity's health, produces the deleterious substance, causes the atmosphere, the water body and the soil pollution. The building material is the humanity is engaged in construction the material base, directly affects the building or the constructing performance, the function, the life and the economic cost, thus affects the humanity to live the spatial security, the convenience and comfort tableness. From the protection ecological environment, promoted the sustainable development angle to embark, introduced construction repair mater ialvirulent confrontation inhabitant health and city ecological environment influence, in exploration construction repair mater ialvirulent material preventing and controlling measure, was for the purpose of providing the theory basis for the construction happy ecological environment. We should unceasingly raise the people environmental protection consciousness and protect oneself the ability, develops and produces the more new environmental protections building materials, the new green building material, thus protects the people's health, constructs the human happy homeland.
