高职院校教师工作满意度调查研究

摘要：以江苏建筑职业技术学院为例，对高职院校教师工作满意度进行调查，探讨影响教师工作满意度的维度；通过描述统计、独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析等统计分析方法，探讨教师整体工作满意度状况及各维度的满意度状况，以及人口统计因素对教师整体工作满意度及各维度满意度影响。据此诊断学校管理中存在的主要问题并提出相应的改进措施与建议。 关键词：满意度 问卷调查 维度 统计分析

On Investingation and Research for the Job Satisfaction of Vocational College Teachers ——Take Jiangsu Institute of Architectural Technology as an example

Abstract：Taking Jiangsu Institute of Architectural Technology as an example， the job satisfaction of teachers in higher vocational colleges is investigated.， and to explore the dimensions of job satisfaction.The descriptive statistics， independent sampling T-test， single factor analysis of variance were applied to the real test， through which the thesis probes into teachers’ overall satisfaction， satisfaction every dimension， as well as the effects of demographic variables on overall satisfaction， satisfaction of every dimension respectively. Diagonsing the main problems of school management and puting forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions. Keywords：satisfaction； survey； dimension； statistical analysis 一、问题的提出

教师工作满意度是指教师对自己所从事工作的态度和评价。教师的幸福感来源于教师的工作满意度[1]。随着高职教育的发展及高校人事制度改革的不断深入，教师承担着大量的教学工作，不仅是学习的指导者，还是教育教学的研究者，同时在科研工作以及专业技术职务评聘制度下，教师的竞争压力逐渐增大，日益感到缺乏事业上的安全感。教师满意度的高低，影响教师的工作热情，影响教师的心理健康和教学质量。因此，加强对高职教师工作满意度的研究，了解高职教师满意度的现状，分析原因，探讨提高满意度的策略是十分迫切的。 二、研究设计 （一）研究目的
