On Building BPSK Modulation and Demodulation by Software

BPSK is a kind of digital modulation mode. Called, binary phase shift keying (BPSK) : use to transmit digital information carrier phase change, the amplitude and frequency remains the same.

Digital modulation demodulation can be divided into the following kinds:

1, The phase shift keying (PSK) : with the plus or minus of the digital modulation signal control of carrier phase. Starting when digital signal amplitude of the timing and carrier phase take 0; When the digital signal is negative, the amplitude of the carrier when starting phase in PI. Sometimes also on behalf of two or more symbols of the multiphase system of phase modulation is called phase shift keying. Phase-shift keying anti-interference ability is strong, but in the demodulation needs to have a correct reference phase, namely the need of coherent demodulation.

2, Amplitude shift keying (ASK) : with digital carrier modulation signal control on and off. 0 as in binary, not send carrier, when sending 1 send the carrier. Sometimes also called on behalf of more than one symbol of multilevel amplitude modulation amplitude shift keying. multi-process system. Simulink environment to work in a few years of development, has become the mainstream of academic and industry used to modeling and simulation toolkit. In the Simulink environment, it provides users with block diagram modeling graphical interface, using the structure drawing model figure like hand in model on the paper freely, is convenient, so users only need to simply click and drag the model will be finished, and can direct system simulation, rapid simulation results are obtained。ts main characteristic is: 1, modeling is convenient and fast; 2, easy to model analysis; 3, superior performance. Simulation software package it with the traditional differential equation and difference equation model, compared with the advantages of more intuitive, convenient and flexible. Simulink module library (or libraries) containing Sinks (output), the Sources (input), Linear (Linear) and Nonlinear (Nonlinear link), the Connection (connections from the interfaces) and Extra (other) link with different functions such as operation or function of Simulink library module (or library functions), and each corresponding functional modules are included in the model library, the user can also according to the need to customize and create your own modules. Using Simulink model can be created with hierarchical structure, so the user can use from top to bottom or from bottom to top of the structure create the model. Users can watch the model starting from the top, and then use the mouse to double-click on the subsystem module, to view the content below level, and so on, so you can see the details of the entire model, to help users understand the model of the relationship between structure and the modules. After a model defined, the user can through the menu or Simulink of MATLAB command window type in commands to simulation for it. Menu mode is very convenient for interactive work, the command line mode and for running the simulation of batch is very useful. Using Scope module and display module, the other can look up at the same time of simulation can be immediately to the simulation results, if change the parameters of the modules and can be observed in the corresponding results, to run again this applies to the question of causation. The simulation results can also be stored into the MATLAB workspace do post-processing. Model analysis tools include linearization and finishing tool, all the tools and MATLAB Simulink application kit contains the tools themselves. As a result of the MATLAB and SIMULINK integrated together, so users can in under the condition of the two models are simulated, analyzed, and modify the model. But can't work independence from MATLAB Simulink.
