本工程是xx家园A区1#楼工程，工程结构为框架结构，建筑为3层，首层标高4.8m，二层标高3.9m，三层标高3.6m。屋面为平屋顶，最高处13.7m。建筑面积886平方米。各层楼地面均为现浇混凝土。其中砌体施工质量等级为B级以上等级。结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为8度。

本设计是编制xx家园A区1#楼的造价文件。第一部分采用广联达软件计算了该工程各分部分项的工程量，编制了工程量清单，并按照工程量清单计价模式完成了该工程的造价文件编制。第二部分列出了人工算量，并和软件算量进行了对比。

Abstract

This project is Jiahe House A district 1# building in Lijiang, engineering structure of this building is frame structure. There are three layers, the first floor elevation is 4.8m, second is 3.9m, third is 3.6m. The top of building is flat roof and highest spot is 13.7m. Gross floors area has 886 square meters. All of this building is cast-in-place concrete. The quality grade of masonry works at least B levels. The safety of the structure is in grade two and and seismic fortification intensity is eight degree.

This design is bid document preparation of construction enterprises in Jiahe House A district 1# building. Using the Glodon software to calculate each part of engineering quantity of this building, get the bill of quantities, and finished bid document of this building by the Bill-of-Quantity Model.

In the part two of the design book, we list human calculation engineering quantity, and compare it to software results.

工程造价是项目决策的依据，是制定投资计划和控制投资的依据，是筹集建设资金的依据，是评价投资效果的重要指标，是利益合理分配和调节产业结构的手段。建筑施工市场上流行一句话“一个工程干得好不如管得好，管得好不如算得好”，工程造价的重要性可见一斑。

毋庸置疑，造价在现在的社会的发展的需求当中慢慢的越来越重要。从最初工程造价在我国的的形成，到随着经济体制的改革和发展变化，工程造价也在随之改变着发展的过程。现今的的市场化、国际化发展亦使得工程造价管理体制改革逐渐的合理化和科学化，使得现行工程定额管理方式，实行量价分离，从而逐步建立起工程定额作为指导市场竞争形成的体制。同时，加强经济的完善和合理性，建立相应的信息网络系统，及时发布信息，以适应市场的需要。与此同时，我国政府加强对工程造价的监督管理，逐步建立工程造价的监督检查制度，规范定价行为，确保工程质量和工程建设顺利进行。
