摘 要

全球化的经济发展在推动了以城市为中心的竞争的同时，也推动了经济区域化。如今，国家与国家之间、企业与企业之间的竞争将特别的表现为城市之间的竞争，一个国家经济发展水平的高低和经济发展速度的快慢直接取决于城市竞争力的高低。世界各国、各地区和各城市的政府都在致力于培育和提高城市竞争力，以便在经济全球化的过程中占有自己的一席之地。因此，对于国内的城市来说如何客观准确的认清自身的优势和劣势以迎接经济全球化所带来的机遇和挑战，如何制定城市的经济发展战略以提高城市竞争力，成了每个城市都要解决的重要问题，而这些问题要得到解决就要进行城市竞争力的研究。

本文对城市竞争力的研究可以分为理论研究和实证分析两大部分,前二章是理论研究，第三章是实证分析。理论研究部分主要是概括的叙述了城市竞争力研究的理论基础和理论模型及国内外城市竞争力的概念，在此基础之上对城市竞争力给出了完整明确的定义,并提出了新的城市竞争力模型。运用定量的方法,通过构建城市竞争力评价指标体系及模评价，通过这种分析得到了不同的要素在城市发展的过程中所起到的作用。当然，由于受到城市竞争力评价指标体系的影响，这种分析存在着一定的局限性。

ABSTRACT

Globalization of economic development in promoting the city as the center of the competition at the same time, also contributed to the economic regionalization. Now, between country and country, Enterprise and competition among enterprises is particularly characterized by competition between cities, a country's level of economic development level and economic development speed at which directly depends on the competitiveness of the city, or even a country's international competitiveness. Countries of the world, regional and city governments are committed to fostering and enhancing urban competitiveness, to take its place in the process of economic globalization. Therefore, for domestic cities, how to accurately identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by economic globalization, how to develop the city's economic development strategies to improve the competitiveness of the city, every city has to solve important problems, and these problems need to be overcome for the urban competitiveness of research. The research on urban competitiveness can be divided into theoretical research and empirical analysis of two parts, the first three chapters are theoretical research, empirical analysis of the fourth chapter. Theory part overview of the theories of urban competitiveness study and theoretical model and the concept of competitiveness of cities at home and abroad, based on the urban competitiveness of complete and clear definition is given, and a new city competitiveness model.

Using quantitative methods, by means of evaluation of urban competitiveness evaluation index system and model construction, obtained by the analysis of the different elements in the city played a role in the process of development. Of course, due to the influence of urban competitiveness evaluation index system, which has some limitations.
