火力发电厂设计毕业论文

火电机组机务部分局部初步设计

摘 要

300MW级燃煤机组是我国在近阶段重点的火力机组,由于300MW发电机组具有容量大,参数高,能耗低,可靠性高,对环境污染小等特点,今后在全国将会更多的300MW级发电机组投入电网运行。

本次设计的目的是通过对300MW火力发电厂热力系统局部的初步设计,掌握火力发电厂热力系统初步设计的步骤、计算方法及设计过程中设备的选择方法,熟悉热力系统的组成、连接方式和运行特性。本文分为四部分,对锅炉燃烧系统及其设备进行选择,进行原则性热力系统的拟定计算、全面性热力系统的拟定和汽机主要辅助设备的确定。通过一些给定的基本数据和类型进行科学的计算,来选配发电机组所需的各种设备,使其达到优化。

目前有关300MW机组所需的各种设备种类繁多、参数各异,本文在进行设计选型时仅依照安全经济的标准进行优化没有考虑其他影响因素,充分借鉴铁岭发电厂设备选型及其方案。
