中国（上海）自贸区的发展模式及溢出效应 摘要： 2013年9月，中国（上海）自由贸易试验区正式挂牌成立，上海成为了中国大陆境内的首个自由贸易园区，对于中国而言自贸区是个新鲜事物，如何认识这一新兴的特殊区域一直是大家关注的焦点。本篇文章将以国际贸易政策和国际经济技术合作为理论基础研究上海自贸区诞生的国际背景和国内的发展状况。探讨中国选择上海作为首个自由贸易试验区的原因以及建立自贸区的意义。参考上海自由贸易区的门户网站和政府推出的总体改革方案，以国际经济学和国际投资为理论基础来探讨和总结上海自贸区这个新型特殊监管区的区域范围，发展基础、发展重点、发展方向和发展模式。总结上海自贸区经过了将近两年的发展，对区域和相关行业以及中国整体的发展战略带来的影响。也会进一步的分析上海自贸区的大幅度的扩大开放措施可能会带来的问题、威胁和面对此威胁的应对措施。自己对于上海自贸区更开放的发展提出了一些建议，对于上海自贸区的将来做了一个美好的展望。 关键词： 自由贸易园区 发展重点 制度改革 效应 河北工业大学城市学院2015届本科毕业论文

Title Development models and Overflow effects of Shanghai Free Trade Zone Abstract Shanghai Free Trade Zone Experimental Area was established formally in September, 2013 and became the first free trade zone in China. It is a fresh thing to China and people all concentrate on the special zone.This article will discuss the birth international background and the domestic development of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone based on the international trade policy and international economic and technological cooperation theory.Discussion on China chose Shanghai as the first test area of free trade causes and significance of building a free trade zone.Reference Shanghai Free Trade Portal and government's overall reform program to international economics and international investment as the theoretical basis to discuss and summarize the regional Shanghai FTZ This new special supervision district development foundation, the focus of development, development direction and development models.We summary the Shanghai FTZ development after nearly two years and study the impact on regional and related industries.Analysis the FTZ greatly expand liberalization measures may bring problems, threats and responses in the face of this threat.I have bring some advises for Shanghai FTZ having a more development and made a better outlook for the future of Shanghai FTZ .
