摘 要

随着市场经济的快速发展，市场关系也日趋复杂化，管理会计变得越来越重要，企业会计应该加强对管理会计的重视和学习。企业管理会计发展中内部和外部存在的问题:管理会计在企业实践中的应用并不普遍,同时实践反馈并不能及时作用于理论,从而直接导致理论与实践的相脱节,使管理会计成为一门纯理论性的学科。针对管理会计在发展中存在的问题提出了解决对策：加强管理会计的理论研究；建立我国管理会计师组织机构；建立现代企业制度，提高决策者对管理会计的重视程度；提高管理会计人员素质；管理会计要向电算化方向发展。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of market economy,market relations have become more complex,management accounting has become increasingly important,companies should strengthen the management accounting attention and learning and learning.In this study.Management

external:Management accounting practice in the enterprise application is not widespread,while the role of practice and timely feedback,and not in theory,theory and practice which led directly to the phase out of line,so that management accounting as a purely theoretical subjects.Accounting for management problems in the development of proposed solutions:strengthening the management accounting theory; Establishment of Management Accountants organizations; establish a modern enterprise system, improve the decision-makers the importance of management accounting degree;to improve the quality of management accounting personnel; ManagementComputerized Accounting to the direction.
