院校后勤共同配送的探索与研究

摘要

随着社会的发展，高校改革的需要，学习贯彻党的十六大精神:坚定不移地把高校后勤社会化改革继续推向深入，为此高校后勤社会化改革成为我国高等教育适应社会主义市场经济体制要求的需要。而院校后勤共同配送却是深入高校后勤社会化改革的催化剂。基于这种认识，本文将对院校后勤如何进行共同配送进行了深入的探索与研究。试从分析的角度，对院校后勤共同配送进行一些探索与研究。本文是在明确共同配送的基本内涵、共同配送的基本模式及市场竞争理论等前提下，介绍目前共同配送在企业中的发展优势，并结合院校后勤工作的特点，将共同配送融入到院校后勤的工作中去，使院校达到经济规模，提高流作业的效率，降低院校后勤营运成本；节省院校后勤的资源。首先，本文对院校后勤的共同配送进行了策略分析，包括机构建设的分，因势利导，全力推行院校后勤共同配送。其次，对院校后勤共同配送存在问题进行了探索与研究，其中包括：职工队伍素质不高，经营管理水平较低；体制上的先天不足给配送业务的开展带来诸多不便；利润率很低，经济效益难提高；资金需求量大，快速发展壮大比较难。

Abstract
