交锁髓内钉固定与锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效

[摘要] 目的 探讨交锁髓内钉固定与锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法 整群选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月的胫腓骨骨折患者共86例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。给予对照组锁定钢板内固定治疗。给予观察组交锁髓内钉固定治疗。观察临床效果。 结果 观察组总有效率为100%，对照组总有效率为88.4%，观察组高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of interlocking intramedullary nailing fixation and locking compression plate fixation in treatment of tibiofibular fracture. Methods 86 cases of patients with tibiofibular fracture treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each， the control group were given locking compression plate fixation， the observation group were given interlocking intramedullary nailing fixation ，and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. 胫腓骨骨折是临床上比较常见的一种骨折，由于胫腓骨具有特殊的解剖特点，再加上骨折端软组织的损伤导致局部血运遭到破坏，这样会延迟骨折愈合，且易出现一系列并发症。目前，临床上治疗该疾病的手术方法较多，主要包括了外固定架、加压钢板内固定以及髓内钉内固定。其中，交锁髓内钉固定治疗具有良好的临床效果。该次研究对2014年2月—2015年2
