In order to avoid the data bank too big, our system has the function to clear the data, you can select clear history data or clear controller data. Clear history data can clear 3 months data based on the system time, for the clear controller data, you can choose clear all data or clear the data before a certain date.

19、Record search

You can search the record data after you download the data from the controller, you can search the all

personnel record, and you can also search by apartment, location (Controller), name, user number, staff number, time scope. You can also search fingerprint passing, door close on holidays, alarm, banned period based on the above conditions.

The search result can be printed as a form or EXCEL format. 20、User authorization

1、The following all set up should be operated after the attendance period. 2、Shift set up: select “attendance management”/ “shift set up”

First press “add shift”, you have to input the shift name at the pop up dialogue box, normally use Capital English letter to define the shift name, such as “ shift A”, “shift B”, etc.

Press save , then fill in the shift details according to the dialogue box
