Troubleshooting

1、 The indication light is no light: The power is not connected or the power supply is not in good condition.

2、 No display at the monitor: the voltage is too low, or the 103 micro adjust resistance is not adjusted properly , it should be adjusted several circles clockwise.

3、 The buzzer always alarm: Anti-remover switch is loose, or the door magnetic switch is not connected when set up the door status monitor.

4、 Fingerprint Verification failure：fingerprint is not registered or the registered fingerprint is not correct..

5、 Card reader can not read the card: the connect wires is not in proper condition, or the card read used is not compatible.

6、 If the user has other troubleshooting can not solve, please contact with your local sales agency.
