摘 要 摘 要
当前,电力系统发展迅速,对继电保护技术提出了越来越高的要求。微机继电保护是一种数字式继电保护,我国继电保护技术已进入微机保护时代,微机保护已成为继电保护的主要形式。
本文首先对数字滤波器的背景意义、发展趋势、实现方法进行了介绍;并介绍了可用于开发数字滤波器的设计仿真平台——MATLAB,包括MATLAB的主要功能、GUI人机界面的建立、滤波器在MATLAB里的辅助设计;然后通过简要介绍数字滤波器的一些相关知识与计算,引出了差分滤波器、加法滤波器和积分滤波器;接着对傅里叶算法进行介绍,设计出一种基于傅里叶变换的滤波器,并根据其缺陷,提出了改进方案;最后比较了几种滤波器的滤波特性。

At present, the rapid development of the power system, relay protection technology increasingly high demands. Computer protection is a digital relay, relay technology China has entered the era of computer protection, computer protection has become the main form of protection.
Firstly, the significance of the background, the development trend of digital filter implementations were introduced; and describes the design --MATLAB simulation platform for developing digital filter, including the main function of MATLAB, the establishment of man-machine interface GUI, filters auxiliary design in MATLAB; then, some knowledge and is calculated by a brief introduction of the digital filter, it leads to differential filter, adding filter and integral filter; then Fourier algorithm introduced, designed based on Fourier transform of the filter, and in accordance with its flaws, the improved scheme; finally compare the filtering characteristics of several filters.
