牛津高中英语教学设计

教材:牛津高中英语(模块一)高一上学期 文档内容:教学设计—教案 单元:Unit 2 Growing Pains 板块:Reading II 作者:熊光宇

Thoughts on the design:

本节课是以学生在理解文章的基础上学习一些文章中重要语言点和难点为主的讲解课,是阅读课的第二个课时。通过对课文中的重点和难点的解释和举例来让学生掌握,然后又配以一些简单训练使学生学会应用这些知识,最后再用精心编制的与高考相关的题目一方面让学生了解高考的考查难度,另一方面也提高学生对所学要点的应用,改善解题技巧。题目的难度体现出由潜入深,由难到易的层次性,符合学生认知规律。

Teaching aims:

1. The students are able to keep the important words and phrases in mind as well as some

difficult sentences. 2. After some exercise, the students will be able to apply what they have learnt to practice.

3. To improve the students’ skills in solving some difficult problems related to the college

entrance examination.

Teaching procedures:

Step 1 Review

Students are given some sentences about new words in Reading for them to keep the new words in mind. First, lead in like this: Ok, today we’ll learn some language points and important usages of words. First, let’s review some new words in Reading.

1. 窗帘2. 害怕的3. 饥饿的 4. 应该,应当 5. 值得;应受 6. 粗鲁的 7. 紧急情况

Since all of you have known the play well, I want to ask one student to summarize the play according to the words given, any volunteer?

说明:对应的ppt4-6。通过对上节课的复述来检查学生对课文的熟悉程度,通过对一些生词

的检测进而引入本节课的主题Language points。 ]

Step 2 Language points

Explain some important phrases or sentence structures. Ask the students to solve the relative multiple choices after explanation.

说明:ppt7-40。按照幻灯片一步一步往下放,并按照内容加以解释,通过配套的高考练习

题,让学生来做并解释为什么选该选项,来巩固学生所听到的要点,同时了解高考对该语言点的考查难度。

Step 3 Review

List all the phrases in Reading and then ask the students to read them twice to strengthen their memory.

1.than expected 2. be supposed to do 3. In a mess 4. Leave sb in charge of sth 5. run into=come across=meet with= run across 6. go out 7. have one’s arms crossed 8. be upset about 9. deserve to do/to be done 10. be hard on 11. now that 12. feel like 说明:通过一起朗读来加深学生对刚才所学词组的记忆,让学生了解一下课文中的主要词组。

Step 4 Practice

Finish the exercises during the class. Keys:

1. These plans are expected to be put into practice soon 2. A group of the students came in, following the teacher.

3. He was supposed to become a scientist but he chose to be a doctor. 4. You’d better have your daughter examined.

5. This question deserves a further discussion= deserves to be discussed further. 6. Now that you are grown up, you must stop this childish behavior. 7. The lights in his room went out, and he must have slept. 8. Don’t be too hard on children.

说明:通过翻译来训练学生对这些词组的掌握程度,并加以运用。

Step 5 Homework

Finish the multiple choices:
