3.1 Hammer head’s weight, hammer shank’s material, the weight of hammer shank, and the thickness, length and material of bottom steel plate should meet the requirements of picture B-1. The deviation value of weight and size is 1%.

All the above measuring instruments must be qualified and in the qualification cycle. 以上所用计量器具必须是经验定合格并在周期内。
