For example, they may dress up to look like an animal, a person from a book or movie, or a famous person from history. In some places, when children go to school on Halloween, they wear their Halloween costumes to school. Other young children put on their costumes after they come home from school and then visit their neighbors. After the children knock on the door, they shout, ―Trick or treat.‖ Then the neighbor gives them some candy before they go onto the next house.
