第一章 总论
1.1项目概况
1.1.1项目名称: 年产2000吨塑钢型材、1000套实木家具项目 1.1.2项目拟建地点
本项目拟建于某县工业区。规划占地面积约20267平方米,折合30.4亩。拟选场址交通便利,地域平整,建设条件成熟。
1.1.3项目性质:新建 1.1.4主要建设内容和建设规模 1.1.4.1主要建设内容
1、实施房屋建筑工程总建筑面积10400平方米。其中:生产车间4000平方米、原料库3000平方米、成品库3000平方米、办公生活用房300平方米、配电室100平方米。
2、购置安装设备:成套挤出设备生产线、混料机、牵引机、拼缝机等17台(套)。具体设备详第七章“主要生产设备表”。
3、在厂区建设动力、给水、排水、消防、道路、通讯等配套设施。

年产塑钢型材2000吨、实木家具1000套。 1.1.5项目总投资
项目总投资1500万元,其中固定资产1375万元,铺底流动资金125万元。
