摘要
随着经济建设的快速发展与人口的急剧增长,我国对环境问题也是越来越重视,污染控制指标日益严格。其中污水处理厂的规模也是相对的变大了许多,污水处理厂的管理和设备的控制面临着严峻的考验。集散控制系统运用污水处理中可以大大的提高污水处理的可靠性,以及出水的水质,降低能耗和工人的劳动强度,达到提高经济效益的目的。
根据SBR污水处理工艺要求,本文讲了如何实现集散控制系统对污水处理系统各环节的自动控制,其中主要讲了预处理区、粗细格栅、提升泵、沉淀池这几部分的自动控制。该系统选用S7-300PLC作为控制设备,把DCS系统用于SBR工艺。
通过系统软件硬件的设计与调试,进一步实现了用西门子PLC对现场设备的自动控制和数据采集功能,能达到设计要求。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid growth of the rapid development and population of economic construction, our country pay more and more attention to environmental problems, pollution control index of increasingly stringent. The size of the sewage treatment plant is relative larger number, control management and equipment of the sewage treatment plant is facing a severe test. Distributed control system applied in sewage treatment can greatly improve the reliability of sewage treatment, and the effluent quality, reduce the energy consumption and labor intensity of workers, improve the economic benefit.
According to the SBR sewage treatment process requirements, this paper explained how toealize the automatic control system of the sewage treatment system, which is mainly about the pre-processing area, thickness grille, lifting pump, automatic control of sedimentation tank of these parts. The system adopted S7-300PLC as the control device, the SBR technology for DCS system.
Through the design and debugging of the hardware and software, further realizes automatic control and data acquisition of field devices with Siemens PLC, can meet the design requirements.
