【预习导航】 背景知识：

社区在中国是舶来品。它是指集中在固定地域内的家庭间相互作用所形成的社会网络。社区一般要有一定的地理区域，要有一定数量的人口，而且居民之间有着较密切的社会交往。

一个较完善的社区系统包括管理和服务机构、活动场所和活动中心以及其它能满足居民生活的设施和机构。例如，生活服务：维修家电、洗熨衣物、电视电脑网络管理等；文化体育服务：组织文艺表演、举办体育活动、组织外出旅游、组织青少年校外活动等；卫生保健服务；设置家庭病床、打扫公共区域等；治安调解服务：调节家庭和邻里纠纷、法律咨询、办理户口等。

一、重点词汇

对照单词表朗读下列单词并理解部分重点词的用法

1、helpful 形容词 愿意帮忙的 He is helpful,he often helps us with my homework. 类似的有：use---useful, hope---hopeful,thank---thankful (ful为形容词后缀)

2、problem 名词 难题 question 为一般性需要回答的问题，answer the question, 批problem 为难以解决的问题，Enviroment（环境） is a world problem. have problems with sth I have some problems with my English. have problems doing sth He has some problems getting to the top. 3、something 不定代词 做主语是作为单数存在 Something is wrong with my bike.

与形容词连用时，形容词放在其后。There is something interesting in today’s newspaper. There is something new in his talk.

4、broken, 形容词，它的原型为break 打破 ，休息。

My bike is broken.我车子坏了。=There is something wrong with my bike. 5、someone 不定代词 作为单数，疑问和否定形式为anyone 6、lucky 形容词 幸运的 lucky money, a lucky dog 幸运儿 unlucky ,不幸的 an unlucky day

unluckily 不幸地 副词 Unluckily, he missed the bus. 不幸地，他错过了那辆车。 luck 名词 Good luck to you with your test.祝你考试走运。
