I attended the Ivy League Model United Nations Conference held by the University of Pennsylvania last winter. During the conference, I met up with some of most brilliant senior middle school student in the US, and I was impressed by how absorbed they were in the work they did. They would stay up until three in the morning just to go through every page in the reference books; they could recite almost every relatedly current UN document precisely and accurately. After the conference, there was a ball, which those serious students were no longer dressed in suits and ties. However, they were jumping, screaming, and laughing excitedly. In the hot air with the beat of the music, two groups of amazed dancers were competing against each other and showing off our skills. Infected by their enthusiasm, I joined in them. The music was so loud when it blocked out all the words, so dancing becomes the best and the most vivid language. That night I learned the true American teenage life - work hard and play hard. 第二节书面表达(满分25分)
