建筑施工合同中英文对照

16.1甲方有权利使用任何已经完成部分的工程。

第17条 通知

Article 17 Notices

有关本合同的所有通知应视为已于下列时间送达：

All notices with regard to the contract shall be regarded as delivered at the following times: (a) 如以专人递送，到达指定地址时；

Delivery by specified personnel, upon arrival at the specified location (b) 如以传真方式，发件人的传真机打出成功传送的确认条时；

Delivery by facsimile transfer, upon successful printing of the confirmation notice by the sender’s facsimile machine;

(c) 如以快递方式，在发件后的第三日；

Delivery by courier service, the third day after sending out the notice 上述通知应送至如下列所接收通知的地址或合同任一方于其后指定的地址。

All above notices should be delivered to the recipient's address listed as follows, or to an address that either Party may appoints later.

第18条 未尽事宜

Article 18 Miscellaneous

18.1合同未尽事宜由双方协商签订书面补充协议。补充协议与本合同具有同等效力。

Matters not mentioned herein shall be settled by supplemental agreements by the two Parties' the supplemental agreements shall be equally effective as this contract.

第19条 合同生效

Article 19 Effectively Clause

本合同以中英文书写。一式四份，双方各持两份，签字盖章后生效。如中英文相冲突的，以中准。

This contract is written in both Chinese and English in quadruplicate, with both texts being equally authentic and each Party shall hold two copies. The contract becomes effective from the date of signing and stamping by both Parties. In the event of any conflict between the

English and Chinese, the latter shall prevail.
