私企知识型员工激励问题及对策研究

摘 要
在现代经济发展日趋依赖知识创造效益的知识型经济时代中,我国私营企业生存和可持续性发展的关键之处在于知识型员工的有效利用以及激励管理。然而从现阶段来看,我国私营企业盲目追求高效益、高收益的同时,其知识型员工管理体制与社会经济快节奏发展现状存在严重脱节,而相关的知识型员工激励管理理论尚处于起步状态之中。为增强企业核心竞争力,便于企业今后更好地招贤纳士,各用人单位应将知识型员工激励管理纳入人力资源发展战略高度上来,摒弃等级制度的传统管理模式,把人作为一种重要的生产原料进行规划。以自由的情感管理理念为核心,以充分调动知识型员工的创造力和主动性为依据,重在以情诱人,适当以利诱之,激励人,完善人,发展人。

Abstract
In the modern economic development has become increasingly dependent on knowledge creation benefits in the era of knowledge economy,the key to the sustainable development of our country private enterprise to survive and is in use,and effective incentive management of the knowledge-type employees.However,from the point of view at this stage,our country private enterprise blindly pursue high benefit,high yield, at the same time,the knowledge staff management system and fast economic and social development.And related management theory is still in the initial state of incentive method to knowledge employee.To enterprise core competitive ability,is advantageous for the enterprise in the future,recruiting better,each unit of choose and employ persons should incorporate the knowledge staff incentive management of human resources development strategic.Away from traditional hierarchical management mode,the person as an important raw material planning.With freedom of emotional management as the core,in order to give full play to knowledge workers on the basis of the creativity and initiative.Emphasized by feeling attractive, appropriate with inducements,motivate people,developing people.
