摘要：物流业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分，已经成为促进经济发展的生力军。然而，随着物流活动的频繁发生和物流总量的持续增长，以高能耗、高排放、高污染为特征的传统物流活动严重影响了经济社会的可持续发展。为了缓解物流活动与生态环境之间的矛盾，更好地发挥物流对经济的的拉动作用，绿色物流成为现代物流发展的必然趋势。本文首先介绍了绿色物流产生的背景，并对其相关理论进行综述。其次通过全面剖析重庆物流运行各环节中存在的非绿色成分，对重庆绿色物流发展过程中存在的主要问题及其原因进行系统深入的分析。最后，文章在与发达国家及地区的绿色物流发展的实践的比较基础上，结合重庆目前物流业发展现状和经济发展的实际情况，从政府、企业和消费者三个角度分别提出重庆市绿色物流发展的对策建议。 关键词：绿色物流；可持续发展；问题；对策

Abstract：As an important part of modern service industry, Logistics industry has become a powerful force for economic development． However, with the frequent occurrence of the total logistics activities, the traditional logistics activities which is characterized by high energy consumption, high emission and high pollution has seriously affected the sustainability of economic and social development． In order to ease the contradiction between logistics activities and the ecological environment, and make logistics play a better role in boosting the economy, the green logistics has become an inevitable trend in the development of logistics． For the beginning,this paper describes the background of green logistics generated and reviewed their theories ． Secondly,the paper made a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of Chongqing logistics operation to find out the non-green components, and deeply analyze the main problems that existed in the process of development of Chongqing green logistics and their causes． Finally, the article on the basis of comparison with the green

logistics development in countries and regions, combined with the actual situation of the logistics industry in Chongqing development status and economic development, presented Chongqing green logistics some development proposals from the government, businesses and consumers respects．
