公司白领气质类型、心理控制源与时间管理倾向的相关关系
摘要
本文旨在为公司管理者在提供一定的参考依据,使其对于一个公司白领可以在一个很短的时间内对其进行一个时间管理倾向能力的评估,为公司的健康告诉发展提供保障。(目的)采用《内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表》、《艾森克人格问卷》和《时间管理倾向量表》等对200公司白领进行问卷调查,(方法)得到了如下的结论: 1、气质类型、时间管理倾向和心理控制源不存在性别、是否独生、出生地上的显著差异。2、精神质得分越高,归因方式越趋于外控,时间管理得越差。3、外向量表得分越高,归因方式越趋于内控,时间管理的越好。4、神经质得分越高,归因方式越趋于外控,时间管理得越差。(结论)

ABSTRACT
This article is designed to provide corporate managers in a frame of reference, so that for a white-collar workers can evaluate a time-management capability tendency in a very short period of time, to provide protection for the company's healthy development told. The use of \locus of control, powerful others scale and opportunities\\Personality Questionnaire\and \Management Disposition Scale\and 200 white-collar workers conducted a questionnaire survey to obtain the following conclusions: 1, temperament, time management and locus of control there is no gender, whether only child, a significant difference on the birthplace. 2, spiritual quality the higher the score, attribution tends more external control, time management was worse. 3, the higher the score scale outward, attribution tends to the more the better internal control, time management. 4, higher neuroticism score, attribution tends more external control, time management was worse.
