摘 要
随着中国国民经济的高速发展,各相关行业对于模具的需求越来越高,要求也日益提高。模具产品在日常生活中起着不可或缺的作用。
本次以椭圆垫片为研究对象,工件的结构简单,适用于多工位模具。本设计内容是从零件的工艺性分析开始,根据工艺要求来确定设计的大体思路以及最佳工艺方案。确定该模具类型为级进冲裁模,做工艺计算,计算出冲裁时的冲压力,确定工件的压力中心,选择压力机和确定冲模的闭合高度。根据前面所计算出的内容确定模具的凸、凹模尺寸和形状,并进行强度校核。设计出弹簧、导柱、导套和模柄等模具的主要零部件,并合理选择压力机,从而完成整个模具的设计工作。其中一些零件是标准的零件,可以根据设计要求查表选配,如:导柱、导套、模架、螺母、销钉等,最终完成本次毕业设计。通过本课题研究,使我掌握了冲压模具设计的理论知识。

Abstract
Along with the China national economy’s high speed development, each related profession are getting more and more regarding the mould design, the request also day by day enhances.
This paper is based on the Ellipse gasket and the structure of work piece is simple, therefore it suit for Progressive die .If using the stamping production, can change these shortcomings. This design content analysis of technology from parts according to the technical requirement, to determine the general design and desirable process scheme. Make sure the mold type for punching die, do process calculation, calculate the blunt pressure, unloading, pushing a force, determine the pressure center, choose mold and die closed press high, Again, the calculated according to the front of the content determination of dies. the convex, mold size and shape, and checking the strength. Design of a spring, column, and modulus of main components and handle, and appropriate presses were selected as well complete the whole mold design work, some parts are standard parts, can according to the design requirements of selecting such as table, column, guide, formwork, nuts, pin, etc.Finally I complete this graduation project. Through this design, the basic theory of a mold design was gained.
