Is responsible for packing, manifesting goods to be sent by helicopter£¬ If dangerous goods are to be sent by helicopter, a written permit must be obtained from the helicopter company in advance, and well as instructions concerning packing the goods. Dangerous goods shall be transported in conformity with IATA'S regulations.

He/she is also responsible for assigning cabins for arriving passengers and informing new arrivals about the safety induction and mentor on board.

outgoing and incoming passenger list and manifest, quantity of jet fuel available + status of helideck .

15 minutes prior to helicopter's ETA the DPO shall notify the HLO to be ready on helideck.
