NOTE: 1. The minimum operating height refers to the height Above Ground Level (AGL) for flights over land, and the height Above Mean Sea Level (AMSL) for offshore flights.

The table below shows helicopters maximum operational limits for all helidecks. The table “Adverse Weather Precautions” provides additional guidance for adverse weather conditions.

4.2 Personnel organisation and responsibility for helicopter operations 直升机运行相关人员和责任职责
Personnel organisation and responsibility for helicopter operations are described in the following. Marine section is responsible for execution of all helicopter operations on West Aquarius.
All who take part in helicopter operations shall be familiar with West Aquarius \and UK. Civil Aviation Authority Publication CAP437 Offshore Helicopter Landing Area – Guidance on Standards.

The HLO (Helicopter Landing Officer) is responsible for all activities on the helideck. This includes passenger handling, cargo handling, jet fuel stock and system for refuelling helicopters. Complete the daily and weekly checklists and see to it that the necessary maintenance work is performed.
The logbooks that he is responsible for keeping shall be kept up-to-date at all times. The fuel log is to be maintained in accordance with the helicopter operator's requirements.
