校企合作实践教学模式的探索与思考

【摘 要】立足于应用型本科院校人才培养定位的特点，结合校企产学研联合的教育趋势，笔者根据自己的专业特色，分享了学校在实践教学中融合企业合作的模式，并探究经验。既包括联合共建校内特色实（试）验平台，同时将专业拆分为不同方向，按方向不同合理建立校外实习实训基地，为学生的综合应用能力培养、为企业的订单式培育人才，搭建合作共赢的模式。

【Abstract】Based on the characteristics of talent training orientation in applied undergraduate colleges， combining with the education trend of industry-university-research cooperation between colleges and enterprises ， the author according to their own professional characteristics， shares the model of enterprise cooperation in practice teaching， and explores the experience. Including the joint co-construction of campus characteristics （trial） inspection platform， it also splits the professional into different directions at the same time， according to the different direction to establish a

reasonable internship training base to train students' comprehensive application ability， and cultivate talents for enterprise's order mode， so as to build win-win cooperation model. 【关键词】应用型高校；校企合作；实践教学；建环专业

进入20世纪80年代以后，国际高教界逐渐形成了一股新的潮流，那就是普遍重视实践教学、强化应用型人才培养。国内的诸多高校近年也纷纷在教育教学改革的探索中注重实践环境的强化，因为人们已越来越清醒地认识到，实践教学是培养学生实践能力和创新能力的重要环节，也是提高学生社会职业素养和就业竞争力的重要途径。另一方面，当前社会竞争激烈，大部分应用型院校为谋求自身发展，抓好教育质量，采取与企业合作的方式，有针对性地为企业培养人才，注重人才的实用性与实效性。校企合作是一种注重培养质量，注重在校学习与企业实践，注重学校与企业资源、信息共享的“双赢”模式。校企合作做到了应社会所需，与市场接轨，与企业合作，实践与理论相结合的全新理念。因此，在实践教学与校企合作办学成为热点的背景下，众多应用型本科院校纷纷尝试将两者相融合，达到“所学即所用、所用即所学”的效果。笔者从自身的实践教学工作中，总结出符合校情、符合本专业特色的实践教学校企合作模式，做一分享。
