中 文 摘 要

目 的： 研究加味理苓汤治疗轮状病毒性肠炎合并心肌酶谱异常患儿的临床疗效，并初步探讨其对心肌酶谱影响的临床意义，为临床治疗提供有效的治疗方法及应用依据。

方 法： 将60例符合标准的患儿纳入治疗组与对照组，治疗组30例，对照组30例。两组在采用相同基础治疗的同时，治疗组给予加味理苓汤口服，对照组给予金双歧，思密达，果糖二磷酸钠液口服，并在治疗三天后观察腹泻相关症状及实验室检查变化情况，在治疗六天后观察心肌酶谱变化情况。

结 果： 腹泻结果评定，治疗组总有效率为93.33％，对照组总有效率为83.33％，两组总有效率比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05），治疗组优于对照组。加味理苓汤治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎，疗效较好，在止泻，退热，消除腹胀,四肢欠温及轮状病毒抗原转阴等方面都优于对照组，经统计学处理，有显著差异（P＜0.05）。同时该方对异常心肌酶谱有不同程度的改善作用。

结 论： 加味理苓汤是治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的有效方剂，同时其对心肌损害有一定的保护作用。

ABSTRACT

Objective: To study the clinical effect of JiaWei Li Ling decoction on the children patients with rotavirus enteritis complicated with abnormal myocardial enzymes, and the clinical significance of the effect on myocardial enzymes, and to provide the effective threpy and basis for clinical application.

Methods: The total of 100 children patients were divided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases). While adopted the same basical treatment, the treatment group treated with Jiawei Li Ling decoction, and the control group treated with Golden Bifid, smecta, and fructose sodium diphosphate. Three days later, observe the related symptoms of diarrhea and the change of the laboratory examinations. Six days later, observe the change of myocardial enzymes.

Results: The assessment of treatment on diarrhea: the total effective rate of treatment group is 93.33％, and the total effective rate of control group is 83.33％. There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate(P＜0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Jiawei Li Ling decoction have good efficacy on rotavirus enteritis, and was superior to the control group on the aspects of antidiarrheal, antipyretic, eliminating abdominal distension, becaming negative of rotavirus enteritis. By the testing of the statisticst, its difference has notable meaning(P＜0.05). At the meantime, Jiawei Li Ling decoction can inhibit the various index of abnormal myocardial enzymes some extent.

Conclusion: Jiawei Li Ling decoction is the effective prescription on the treatment of rotavirus enteritis, and can protect myocardial damage.
