吉林市2008年中小学教师继续教育 全员培训工作计划

依据吉林市教育局《关于落实教师教育网络联盟计划 开展新一轮教师教育实施方案》和《关于新一轮教师教育工作的补充通知》文件精神～市教育局师资培训处特制定2008年中小学教师全员培训计划。

一、 指导思想

1、以党的“十七大”精神为指针～以科学发展观为指导～全面落实我市新一轮教师教育实施方案。

2、以提高广大教师综合素质为宗旨～以探索教师教育模式和运行机制为重点～加强领导～统筹规划～改革创新～分工合作～确保全员培训工作实效。

二、任务要求

1、以教师教育网络联盟培训和中小学教师综合素质培训为主要内容～以师德和提高教师教育教学能力为重点～采用以问题为切入点～以教师自学为主形式～以科研为手段～以课题为载体的培训方法。

2、以教育学院和县,市,区教师进修学校为组织管理中心～以中小学校为主阵地～以校本研修为主形式～以自修反思为主模式。

三、具体安排 教师教育网联培训 ,一,培训内容

2008年1月—2008年6月

以《教师创新能力的培养与训练》《教师合作与交流能力的培养与训练》和一门选课为主,选课包括《教师角色调试能力培养与训练》《教师教学评价能力培养与训练》《教师探究性学习教学能力培养与训练》《新课程资源开发与利用能力的培养与训练》《教师创设情景能力的培养与训练》,～以其它课程为辅。

2008年7月—2008年12月

以每人选择所任教学科的10个专题讲座或课堂实例为主～以其它课程为辅。 ,二,培训方式

以教师网上自主学习为主～以网上交流、研讨和学校进行专题研究为辅。利用博客论坛、辅导教师与培训教师网上互动等形式促进培训活动的开展。

,三,考核办法

1、利用“全国中小学教师继续教育网”所开发的课程

题库～进行机考。分数占每门课程的30%。

2、教师每门课程的网上学习时间～达到规定学时数的～给予记分～否则～不予记分。分数占每门课程总分的10%。

3、教师在每门课程的学习过程中参与交流的次数。分数占每门课程总分的20%。

4、教师在培训学习的过程中～积极完成辅导教师布置的作业和反思体会文章～认真积累教育教学案例～结合教育教学实际撰写教育教学科研论文。分数占每门课程总分的40%。

注:2008年下半年的机考一项换成考核每位教师利用自己博客发表文章的数量与质量。根据各学校的实际情况由学校制定出相应标准～并进行考核。

,四,具体安排和要求

1、 2008年3月10日前～各学习中心上报2008年工作计划。 2、 2008年3月～对2006-2007年度所学课程进行最后一次补考。 3、 2008年5月～开展市级教学技能大奖赛活动。

4、 2008年6月～进行机考。考试科目:《中小学生心理健康与心理咨询》《教师课堂教学能力的培养与训练》《教师创新能力的培养与训练》《教师合作与交流能力的培养与训练》和一门选课。
