I am writing to complain about the quality of the Iphone 6 I bought on your online-shop. When I got it, I found there were many problems. Firstly, the color I want is golden but you sent the black one; secondly, the volume is so small that I can’t hear clearly; thirdly, there are some white dots on the screen, what’s more the color of the screen shows abnormal; what’s worse, it often starts and switches automatically.
