高压输电导线越障行走系统设计

[摘要]本文针对输电导线结冰后,会造成杆塔倒塌电路中断等,会对人们正常的生产生活造成巨大的不便和
利益损失。为了解决这一问题,从而设计出一种简单、实用的单导线、双导线用的越障行走除冰机。该机器具有自动爬行,制动、防滑、除冰、越障等能力。
本文首先分析了输电导线结冰后的实际情况,查阅大量资料后并且咨询指导老师后,确定了具有越障能力的除冰机的方案:直流电机驱动、链轮传动作为减速机构、通过压轮与夹紧轮配合行走、通过弹簧复位装置进行越障、使用敲击棒进行敲击和压轮挤压的方式除冰。这几种机构都比较容易制造,而且后期维护方便。然后进行传动系统的设计计算和整体结构设计。最后绘制机器整体的装配图以及重要部分的零件图。
本文设计的除冰机,具有结构简单、重量轻、方便生产制造以及后期维护等优点。

Obstacle Bracing System

Abstract:This article for the transmission line after the ice, will cause the tower collapse circuit disruption,
etc., will be the normal production and life caused great inconvenience and loss of profits. In order to solve this problem, to design a simple, practical single wire, double wire with the barrier to walk the ice machine. The machine has automatic crawling, braking, anti-skid, deicing, obstacle and other capabilities.
This paper first analyzes the actual situation after the icing of the transmission wire. After consulting a large amount of information and consulting the instructor, the scheme of the deaerator with obstacle capability is determined: the DC motor is driven and the sprocket wheel is used as the deceleration mechanism. With the clamping wheel with the walk, through the spring reset device for obstruction, the use of percussion bar and pressure roller squeeze the way de-icing. These institutions are easier to manufacture and are easy to maintain later.And then the design and calculation of the transmission system and the overall structure of the design.Finally draw the assembly diagram of the whole machine and the parts of the important parts of the map.
This article designed the deicing machine, with a simple structure, light weight, easy to manufacture and post-maintenance and other advantages.
