摘 要
随着建筑业管理体制改革的深化,工程项目施工管理越来越受到人们的关注,其管理水平的高低成为制约企业生存与发展的第一要素,其中质量、进度、成本控制是其中最为重要的管理要点。本文以办公楼施工项目为例,结合实际情况,对项目的各分部分项工程施工方案进行详细设计,运用进度控制的基本理论知识,从项目管理者的角度出发,对项目从开工到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计,使用横道图和网络图进行进度计划分析,并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施,针对施工项目中常见的问题、重点问题进行了规划,建立了相应的管理组织机构,以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实施。施工作为工程项目的重要一环,是一个将设计意图转换为实际的过程,在此过程中,许多设计中考察欠缺,或是同实际情况有出入的问题都会一一显现出来,甚至同以后使用维护相关的问题也会有所暴露,值得重视,更何况其任一道工序均会对整个工程质量产生致命的缺陷。因此,对于项目的现场施工管理,必须百分之百的重视施工作为工程项目的重要一环,是一个将设计意图转换为实际的过程,在此过程中,许多设计中考察欠缺,或是同实际情况有出入的问题都会一一显现出来,甚至同以后使用维护相关的问题也会有所暴露,值得重视,更何况其任一道工序均会对整个工程质量产生致命的缺陷。因此,对于项目的现场施工管理,必须百分之百的重视、投入。

ABSTRACT
With the deepening of the reform of the management system of construction industry, project construction management and attracted more people's attention, the level of the management level become restrict the first element of the survival and development of enterprises, including quality, schedule, cost control is one of the most important management points. The office building construction project as an example, combined with actual situation, in detailed design of each part of the engineering construction scheme, using the basic theory and knowledge of progress control, starting from the point of view of project management, on the project from start to completion and acceptance of the whole process were schedule planning and design of the system, schedule analysis using the Gantt chart and network diagrams, and concrete to ensure the progress of the plan for the implementation of the measures are put forward according to the actual situation, according to the planning of construction project in common and key problems, established corresponding management group organization, to ensure quality and safety programs to be good implementation.
Abstract:The construction took an engineering project the important link,will be one designs the intention to transform into the reality process ,in this process, in many designs will inspect is short of,perhaps the question which will have discrepancies with the actual situation can 11 appearances come out,even will use the maintenance related question with later also to be able to have the expositon,will be worth talking,much less its any working procedure will be able to have the fatal flaw to the entire project quality.Therefor,regarding the project scene construct control,must 100% values,the investment.
