Research of Turn-milling Process and its Application
摘 要
车铣是利用铣刀旋转和工件旋转的合成运动来实现对工件的切削加工,使工件在形状精度、位置精度、表面粗糙度及残余应力等多方面达到要求的一种先进制造方法。具有加工效率高、加工精度高、刀具寿命长、切削平稳、不存在断屑问题、可以完成通常单独用车或铣难以实现的加工等优点。必将取代传统的切削方法成为今后零件切削的主流方法。本文介绍了一些典型零件的工艺分析要点、工艺设计原则和走刀路线的设计原则。结合车铣加工中心的工艺能力,提出了具体工艺集成方法。

Research of Turn-milling Process and its Application
Abstract
Turn-milling is the use of rotary cutter and workpiece rotation movement of the synthetic to achieve the machining of workpieces, So it is an advanced manufacturing methods that let the accuracy of the workpiece in the shape, location accuracy, table it, such as roughness and residual stress in many ways to meet the requirements . With high processing efficiency, processing and high precision, long tool life, cutting a smooth, there is no question of chip-breaker, Vehicles can be completed individually or milling is usually difficult to realize the processing, and so on advantages. Will replace the traditional method of cutting parts to become the next mainstream method of cutting. This paper introduce a number of typical elements of parts of the process analysis, process design principles and take the knife of the design principles of line. Combination the technological capacity of the machining center , give out the specific methods of technology integration.
