500m/d医院污水处理设计

摘要:本设计的对象是医院污水处理,设计水量是500m/d,水质是pH=7.0~7.59,BOD5为150mg/L,CODcr为300mg/L,SS为100mg/L。
医院污水的特点是有机物含量高,悬浮物多。根据工程实例、工艺、经济投资等方面的因素,采用生物接触氧化工艺。大致流程为:先经过格栅去除大的悬浮物,然后在初沉池中把小颗粒及污泥沉淀下来,进入接触氧化池进行下一步处理,随后进入二沉池中进行泥水分离,最后进入消毒池中进行消毒,达到排水要求。产生的污泥经泵提到浓缩池进行处理。处理后的污水达到GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。
该设计工艺流程简单、操作方便、投资较省、占地面积较少,处理效果好,便于实现自动控制,操作简单,劳动强度低。

Design of a 500m3/d hospital sewage treatment

Abstract:The main object of this design is to dispose hospital sewage whose designed water flow is 500m3/d, PH of water quality 7.0~7.59, BOD5 150mg/L, CODcr 300mg/L, SS 100 mg/L.
The feature of hospital sewage is the high amount of organism and suspended solids. According to the project case, craft and economic investment, the craft adopted bio-contact oxidation process. The general process is as followed: The major suspended solids will be eliminated by grilling firstly while the smaller particle and sludge subside in primary clarifier and then in contact aeration basin. After disposal in the CAB, the sewage flows into secondary clarifier to separate mud in water, and finally the sewage will be disinfected by the disinfection tank to meet the dewatering standard. The generated sludge will be elevated to thickening tank by pump, which can be purified to meet the first grade of Sewage Synthesis Emission Standard.
This project has simple flow, convenient operation, cheap investment, suit measures to local condition and good treatment effect and automatic controlling can be achieved. Key words: Hospital sewage; Bio-contact oxidation; Concentration; Disinfection
