锌冶炼烟气除尘系统工艺设计 摘要: 随着经济的发展,世界由农业型逐步转为工业型,而有色金属的冶炼是工业发展中的一个重要环节。本设计为锌冶炼烟气除尘系统的设计,论述了除尘系统的设计原理及计算方法。本设计以袋式除尘器为主体,基本流程为:锌竖罐→喷淋塔→袋式除尘器→风机→烟囱。冶炼烟气自锌竖罐通过喷淋塔,使烟气的温度由400℃降至180℃,然后利用反吹风袋式除尘器除尘,达到排放要求后,利用风机,由烟囱排出。本系统处理烟气量为18000 m3/h,除尘效率可达96%以上,该系统一次性投资省,运行稳定,动力消耗少,是一种高效且实用的烟气除尘系统。 关键词: 锌冶炼 烟气 喷淋塔 袋式除尘器

Title The design of Particulate Removal System of Zinc Flue Gas Abstract Along with economical development, the world transfers the industry gradually by the agriculture Non-ferrous metal smelting plays an important part in the development of the industry. However, the pollution of dust in metallurgy is also a problem to be solved. The body part of the dust removal system I have designed is fiber filter which is used to remove the dust coming from smelting process such as drying, burning, closeburning, distillation, rectification in zinc container. The temperature of flue gas is declined by 400℃ to 180℃. After attaining the request, it is ejected from the chimney through blower fan. The capacity of the flue gas the system handles is comparable greatly and the collection efficiency reaches 96%. The material of the fiber filter is fiberglass because of the high temperature of flue gas. The advantage of the system is low first investment, circulating stable operation, low motive consumption, etc. This design discusses the principle and the calculation method of the dust collection system, which is a kind of efficiently practical dust collection system.
