摘 要

本世纪初,我国城镇化建设开始步入快速发展时期,在此背景下,我国城镇面貌日

新月异。城郊地区是城镇化的重点地区,城镇建设不断吞噬着城镇周边的土地,导致了

城郊失地农民这一群体的不断扩大,为了妥善安置失地农民,政府着手兴建安置小区。

关注失地农民,关注安置小区,使失地农民得到基本的生活保障,是建设和谐社会的重

要组成部分,体现了社会的公平、公正。

失地农民安置小区的建设是一个重大的社会、经济问题,关系着我国城镇化的进程。

本论文通过对城郊失地农民安置小区的现状进行研究,总结出安置小区设计中普遍存在

的问题,针对其中的选址、规划、建筑、景观、空间环境设计进行分析,指出设计中的

核心问题,并给出相应对策,特别针对空间环境建构过程中的专业配合问题,提出一体

化设计方法和住户参与原则。实践是检验理论的唯一途径,结合本文的研究成果,在实

际项目汝南县西关村安置小区的设计中加以运用,检验了理论的可行性,得到了较好的

设计成果。

本文研究的目的在于探讨城镇化背景下,城郊失地农民安置小区的设计要点和方

法,研究在传统的设计模式下,如何突破专业界限,形成系统、高效的一体化设计机制,

从而满足高标准的城郊失地农民安置小区的设计任务。希望通过本文为城郊农民安置小

区的设计提供有益的参考,为城郊失地农民安置小区的建设贡献一份力量。

Abstract

At the beginning of the century,China's unbanization has started to enter a period of

rapid development.Therefore, the face of the unbanization has been changing with each

passing day. Suburban areas are the key areas of unbanization and urban construction is

swallowing up the land around the town,resulting in the growing of suburban land-lost

farmers. In order to settle down these land-lost farmers properly,the governemnt set about the

construction of resettlement community. It is an important part of building the harmonious

society to concern about the land-lost farmers and the resettlement communicity and make

them obtain the basic living security,which embodies the social fairness and justice. The construction of lost-land farmers' resettlement community is a significant social and

economic issues,which relates to the process of China's urbanization. This paper makes a

study of the status quo of suburban land-lost farmers' resettlement community and sums up

the problems existing in the design of the resettlement community and analyses the design

problems in its,siting,planing,architecture, landscape,space environment and points out the

core problemand the corresponding countermeasures ,especially for the professional

coordination in the construction of space environment,and puts forward the integrated design

method and the resident participation principle. Practice is the only way to test theories.

Combined with the results of this study, XiGuan Village resettlement communicity in Runan

Country has been applied in the actual project to test the feasibility of the theory and obtained
