congratulate v．祝贺；恭喜

[明辨异同] congratulate，celebrate

congratulate 后面的宾语只能是人，意为用言语对某人表示“祝贺”，就某事则另加on sth.。 celebrate 后面的宾语只能是物，如节日、生日等，指以行动来“庆祝”。 congratulate，celebrate

consist of由……组成；由……构成
