My opinion on getting along with others

In my opinion, getting on well with others is important for us. It makes work and study happily. How can we get on well with others？Here are some suggestions for you.

I think respecting others is the most important. We should be friendly to each other. Especially, when they are in trouble, we should help them instead of laughing at them. To understand others is also important. We should learn to exchange our situations when we think about many things.What's more, believing in others is necessary. Of course, we must be honest first.
