高职院校大学生就业与德育工作的融合研究

摘 要 在现代职业教育背景下，将大学生就业与德育工作融合发展显得尤为重要与迫切。文章首先分析了现代职业教育对就业与德育工作的新要求；其次，辩证分析两者之间的关系；第三，从家庭、学校和社会三个方面分析两者融合的多维教育元素；最后，提出以就业创业为导向的品德意识培育、以职业指导为手段的德育文化建设、以家校企联合为链条的职业素养追踪的融合策略。

Abstract Under the background of modern vocational education， it is very important and urgent to integrate the employment of college students and the work of moral education. First of all， this article analyzed the new requirements of modern vocational education to employment and work in moral education； secondly， the dialectical analysis of the relationship between the two； the third， from the three aspects of family， school and social analysis of multi-dimensional educational elements of the integration of the two. Finally， it puts forward the to employment and

entrepreneurship oriented sense of morality cultivation， to vocational guidance for means of moral culture construction， to home school enterprise joint for the professionalism of the chain track fusion strategy.

近年来，我国职业教育事业蓬勃发展，为促进就业、提高劳动者素质和推动社会经济发展作出重大贡献，但从现实发展情况来看，职业教育与社会需求之间仍存在一定的差距，比如人才结构不尽合理、人才培养机制不够完善、全面素质有待提高等，出现这种供需偏差的原因是多方面的，而消除或减小这种偏差也是需要采取多种途径的，提高学生的就业综合能力和品德素养是一条非常关键的路径。《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》（国发〔2014〕19号）（以下简称《决定》）中提出“全面实施素质教育，科学合理设置课程，将职业道德、人文素养教育贯穿培养全过程”，在人的全面发展中，品德素养是根本和灵魂，因此职教德育工作在贯彻落实《决定》中显得尤为重要与紧迫。综上，在现代职业教育背景下，为促进职业院校学生的综合发展，非常有必要将就业指导与德育教育紧密结合，形成融合发展的新型模式。 2 就业与德育工作的辩证关系
