摘 要

排水泵站是城市中不可或缺的公共设施，它的主要是完成城市排水的任务。城市排水泵站的自动化监控系统有着很大的作用，能够有效的提高工作效率，减少泵站管理人员的配置。这个系统主要是对排放的雨水、工业污水和生活污水进行自动化的监控。泵站中所有设备的工作情况，都是由该系统根据水位等情况来控制的。

该排水泵站自动化控制系统利用SIEMENS s7-300作为控制器，上位机选用西门子公司的WINCC V7.0，模拟了一个城市排水泵站的计算机控制系统。在这个自动控制系统内，PLC负责采集各个水池水位，并且根据水位做出相应的排水指令，确保水位在安全的范围内，保证城市下水道不出现堵塞或者满水的情况，以确保城市在紧急情况下不出现洪涝的现象。 关键词：排水系统;WINCC；自动化；PLC；模拟

ABSTRACT

Drainage pumping station is an integral part of urban public facilities, and its main task is to complete the urban drainage. Automated monitoring system of urban drainage pumping station has a significant role, can effectively improve work efficiency, reduce configuration pumping station managers. This system is mainly on rainwater, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage discharge automated monitoring. Pumping the work of all the equipment, are made in accordance with the system to control the water level and other circumstances.

The drainage pumping station automation control system utilizes SIEMENS

s7-300 as a controller, PC selected Siemens WINCC V7.0, a computer control system to simulate the urban drainage pumping station. In this automatic control system, PLC is responsible for collecting the various pool water level, and make the appropriate instructions based on water drainage to ensure that the water level in the safe range, blocked or filled with water to ensure that the situation does not appear city sewer to ensure the city in an emergency situation phenomenon does not appear under the flood.
