内容摘要：本文介绍了湖南省游泳跳水中心钢结构制作和安装全过程，并详细介绍了本工程的技术难点和特点，并重点介绍了异性钢柱安装，通过在钢柱上焊接调节微调螺栓，解决了对于倾斜不大的异性钢柱安装问题，从而减少了在制作倾斜圆柱需要锻洗等复杂工艺过程，加快了制作工期，减少了制作成本。 关键词：大跨度，异性结构制作，安装

Abstract: This paper describes the whole process of the steel structure fabrication and installation of Hunan swimming and diving center, and gave details of the technical difficulties and characteristics of the project. It highlights the the anisotropic steel columns installing . Welding and adjusting the fine-tuning bolts on the steel columns can solve the installation problems of anisotropic steel columns forinclined a little. Thereby the complex processes required in the production of inclined cylindrical, such as forging wash, can be reduced, to accelerate the production period and reduce the production costs.

湖南省游泳跳水馆是政府投资为全国第五届城运会修建的高档次体育设施，位于长沙市体育新城，建筑面积23724.8m2，该工程南北长186.1m，东西宽123.3m，地上两层，局部三层，檐高55m，最低处为25m，设计新颖，远看象两只腾飞的大雁，相伴在蓝天碧海之间，展现了湖南体育事业的兴起和湖南人奋发向上的精神风貌。

本工程主体钢结构由55根钢柱及与之相贯的钢横梁组成，屋盖采用网架结构，整个屋盖共由55根倾斜钢管柱支承，从高空俯视，55根立柱分布在两个一大一小纵轴线重合且边线相交的近似椭圆上，网架跨距最宽处约105米。外墙采用全玻璃幕墙形式，面积约7000平米，均采用点驳式玻璃幕墙，屋面采用钛锌板屋面，面积约1万平米，屋面为双曲面，安装坡度大，结构层次多。 2、工程特点
