摘要: 随着我国老龄化进程的加快，以及建筑企业不断发展，建筑企业人员新老更替速度也在加快，企业面临着的是离退休职工队伍逐步壮大，如何做好新时期离退休老同志的管理服务工作，为企业的发展和改革造就良好的发展环境，成为当前建筑企业面临重要课题。本文将从做好新时期建筑企业离退休老同志管理服务工作的重要性进行论述，对其存在的问题进行分析与思考，提出新时期离退休管理服务工作的对策，从而更好地管理和服务离退休老同志。

Abstract: with the quickening of the process of aging in China, as well as the construction enterprise development, building the enterprise personnel of old and new replacement speed also to speed up, the enterprise faces is retired worker team gradually expanded, and how to make new period retired veterans service management work, for enterprise’s development and reform make good development environment, become the construction enterprises are facing an important issue. This paper will make new period from building enterprise retired old comrades the importance of management and service is discussed, and the analysis of existing problems and thinking, puts forward the new period retired management and service to the countermeasures, so as to better management and service retired veteran comrades.

一、新时期离退休老同志服务管理的重要性

随着世界老龄化的趋势增强，中国作为人口大国，老龄化的形势更是异常严峻，这对企业离退休老同志的管理也提出了更多的挑战。截至2011年末，我国已经有1.23亿名65岁及以上老人，大约占全国总人口的9.1%，规模已经超过欧
