一、实训目的：

掌握阅读的各种技能，提高阅读能力。

二、实训内容及方法

实训一

1.实训内容：学会识别文章的中心思想（central ideas）

2.实训方法：要求学生通过标题（title）和每个自然段的第一个句子（the

first sentence in each paragraph）来概括文章主旨

实训二

1.实训内容：学会识别文章的佐证句（supporting details） 2.实训方法：要求学生找出例证（examples）、事实（facts）、统计数字

（statistics）、原因（reasons）、经历（experiences）等

实训三

1.实训内容：学会意群阅读法（Reading by sense groups/phrases）

2.实训方法：要求学生先找出小的意群，再逐渐扩大到大的意群，从而

提高阅读效率

实训四

1.实训内容：学会识别主题句（topic sentences）

2.实训方法：识别在段落或文章开头的主题句：注意以下标志词如for

example, for example，an example of，the most important example of；first，second，next，last，finally；to begin with，also，besides that；one，the other，some，others等

识别在段落或文章结尾的主题句：注意以下标志词如

clearly，plainly；so，therefore，thus，consequently；in conclusion，in short等

实训五

1. 实训内容：借助构词法（word-formation）猜测未知词汇的意义 2. 实训方法：构词法如派生法（derivation）、复合法（compounding）、

转类法（conversion）

实训六

1.实训内容：学会使用略读法了解文章大意（skimming for the general

idea）

2.实训方法：找出第一个主题句（Topic sentence 1） 找出第二个主题句（Topic sentence 2） ……

实训七

1.实训内容：根据上下文中的线索理解篇章中的习语（idiomatic

expressions）

2.实训方法：寻找上下文线索（context clues）如例子、解释、对比或平

行句

实训八

1.实训内容：领会篇章字里行间隐含的意义（read between the lines） 2.实训方法：上下文线索（context clues） 常识（common sense）

世界知识（the knowledge of the world） 实训九

1.实训内容：理解篇章中的修辞语言（figurative language） 2.实训方法：比喻 (comparison) 拟人 (personification) 象征手法（symbolism） 实训十

1.实训内容：学会区分篇章中的事实（facts）与观点(opinions)，掌握批

判性阅读（critical reading）能力

2.实训方法：找出表示事实的标志词 (marker)如maintain、argue、think、

believe等

1.实训内容：学会识别作者的写作意图（to inform, to persuade or to

entertain）

2.实训方法：提供信息类的文章特点 说服类的文章特点

提供消遣类的文章特点 实训十二

1.实训内容：学会使用查读法寻找具体信息（scanning for specific

information）

2.实训方法：教师提出问题，学生选择性阅读去寻找问题的具体答案 实训十三

1.实训内容：掌握阅读理解各题型的答题技巧 2.实训方法：主旨题（main idea questions） 细节题 (specific detail questions) 词汇题 (unknown word questions) 推理题（inference questions）

态度（语气）题（attitude or tone questions） 实训十四

1.实训内容：根据上下文猜测篇章未知词汇意义 2.实训方法：上下文线索（context clues）：同义定义、近义复述、反义对

照、比较或举例、搭配集合、常识（包括生活经历、经验常识）以及自己专业方面的知识、因果关系、时间顺序等
